Responsibility
All members of Mexoxo, including managers and supervisors, are responsible for enforcing this policy and fostering an inclusive environment. Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or participation.

This policy will be communicated during orientation and training sessions and will be available on Mexoxo's website.
